Navigation - The main navigation bars are located on the left side of each page. Once you click on a page, navigation bars also appear on the bottom of each page.

Free Downloads - Some pages offer the opportunity to download free sample pages, a listing of our training programs or other documents. You will need a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the documents. You can find a free copy by searching the internet. 
Each of the free download documents are PDF files. Just click on the title of the document you want to download. 

Shopping Cart - Each of the training program manuals can be ordered through the PayPal Shopping Cart buttons. Click “Add to Cart” and your purchase will display in the shopping. You can change the number of copies, update your shopping and view the total amount of your order. You can return to shopping at any time during the process. Each of the nine training program pages describe that particular training program, how to order the Program Manual or contact us to arrange a live workshop. From the Training Program main page, you can download the session agenda of each of the nine programs.

Mini-Workshops - The mini workshop page lists the six workshops and how to contact us. 

Record Retention - From this page you can download a copy of our recommended record retention schedule.
